Just an Update...
Hello internet world,
I just wanted to update you a little into my life! As of last week, I was all finished with summer classes and I don't start again until the 23rd, so I will be in Rosholt most of the time. This means easier access for you South Dakotans.
And in studio news, this year I am going to offer 'Mini Sessions.' They will be perfect if you want just enough photos to get your Christmas cards done! The date is tentatively set for September 25 and I will post more information as soon as everything is finalized!
And since a blog post is boring without some eye candy, here ya go!

Megan - RHS Class of 2011
Megan and I met earlier this week for her Senior pictures! She was my first of August and I remember thinking, "That isn't for a while yet." I can't believe how fast Summer has gone by. School starts in just a few weeks and sports practice start on the 16th already! Anyway, here are just a few from Tuesday!
Thank you, Megan! I will have the rest up for you soon!
If you are a fan on Facebook, you have already seen this one!

Carson is [almost] 3!
Carson will be 3 soon and he came in this morning for some pictures! He received his birthday present a little early and decided to bring him with (with Mom's permission, of course)! Everyone meet Convival!
Thank you for braving the road construction to come see me! :) And there are even more sneak peeks over on the Facebook page!
After the bunny was sleepy, we headed outdoors to take a few pictures of Carson by himself!

Mr. G is 2!
G and I met for his two year pictures on Saturday! We walked to the park in Hankinson where we played on the slide, swing, and teeter-totter! I was impressed with all the fun things they had there! A kid's dream!
Thank you so much for hanging out with me! I hope you had as much fun as I did!
It was pretty hot out, so after we were at the park, we decided it was time to cool off! G and his parents had fun playing with the hose. And might I just say - G has the cutest smile! Love those dimples!
Thank you so much for hanging out with me! I hope you had as much fun as I did!

Miss K is 2!
Miss K will be 2 soon and I can't believe how much she has grown since the last time I saw her! She was talking, running, and very independent! We met at her Grandma's farm and then went to the park in Fairmount. Here are a few of my favorites-
Bubbles are a huge hit lately!
Who could resist that smile?

A Short Story- 55 Years ago a guy and a girl got married. Over the years they had 5 kids... and 10 grandkids... and now will be up to 7 great grandkids in January. It's a good thing their house is big enough to hold everyone, because holidays get a little crazy and a little loud.. but that's the way we like it! :)
Oh.. the ending to the short story? ...and they lived happily ever after!
My grandparents celebrated their 55th Anniversary in January. Earlier this month, the entire family got together and gave them a present they've been wanting for a long time... family pictures! Gma picked out the clothing and the location and I did my best to get everyone in the shots.
The whole clan. (It's hard to take pictures when you're in front of the camera. Yay for remotes!)
More from the day....
Thank you to the family for giving Gpa and Gma these great memories!
